Prof. Swapan Kumar Pramanick, Ex-Vice-Chancellor, Vidyasagar University, has kindly consented to preside over the inaugural function. Sri. Sovan Chatterjee, Honourable Mayor of Kolkata has kindly agreed to inaugurate the programme. Dr. Vijay Laxmi Saxena, Dr. Manoj Kumar Chakrabarti, General Secretaries, ISCA and Mr. N.B.
